At Over The Rainbow Child Development Center, we are more than a childcare center—we are a family-owned early childhood program dedicated to creating emotionally safe, engaging, and joyful classrooms for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
We are currently looking for a caring, dependable, and professional Teacher Assistant to join our Toddler and Preschool classrooms.

- Help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Engage children through play, conversation, and hands-on learning
- Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional classroom
- Encourage confidence, independence, and kindness in children
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive teaching team

Qualifications:
- More than 1 year of childcare experience
- Strong communication and classroom engagement skills
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Genuine passion for early childhood education
- Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday
